We publish a single monthly plan rather than a menu, because the pieces only work together. The exact number depends on how many locations you have and whether you need one language or two, and we will tell you on the first call rather than making you sit through a proposal meeting. What we can promise is what is not in it: no setup fee, no annual contract, no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. If your budget is genuinely too small for us right now, we will say that plainly and point you at what to do yourself first, because a business that cannot afford the plan is not helped by being sold one.
It takes about fifteen minutes and it is a conversation, not a pitch. We ask what you do, where your customers come from, and what is not working. Then we look at your Google Business Profile, your social accounts and your website while we are on the phone with you, and tell you what we see. You get that review whether or not you hire us, in writing, and it is yours to act on however you like. Plenty of people take it and do the work themselves. That is a fine outcome.
Yes, and a good share of our clients are. Everything we do — profile management, local SEO, content, websites, reporting — works the same way anywhere in the United States. What changes is how competitive your specific market is and how far your service radius realistically reaches. We publish city pages only for the markets we know street by street, because writing a page about a city we have never worked in would be dishonest and Google treats those as spam anyway.
